Cancellation Policy

The terms hereof shall constitute Infra Now’s cancellation policy in relation to the Services rendered on the Website (“Cancellation Policy”). Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms of Use or the Infra Now’s Policies.

Cancellation by Infra Now

There may be certain orders that We are unable to accept and must cancel. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Infra Now reserves the right to cancel the order for any reason without any further liability save and except for the refund of any amount charged against it. Please note that We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We may contact You if all or any portion of Your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept Your order. If Your order is cancelled by Infra Now after Your credit / debit card has been charged, the said amount will be refunded to that credit / debit card account or bank account, as the case maybe.

Cancellation by You

You agree and acknowledge that unless stated otherwise You are not entitled to cancel any order (s) made by You on this Website. In the event of purchase, You may cancel the order before the same has been confirmed and accepted by Us. In such case, the amount paid by You for such product will be refunded to that credit / debit card account or bank account, as the case maybe as per Our Refund Policy available at https://infranow.in/ .

In no case, Infra Now will entertain cancellation requests made after the confirmation of the order.

You may cancel your subscription of a product on rent before the end of Your rental period, however, You will not receive refunds of any amounts in such case.

Cancellation Process

1. Go to My Orders and select the item or order You want to cancel (ensure that You are signed in before)
2. You may contact Us at infra@warehousenow.in if the refund for the cancellation does not proceed within the stipulated time limit as per Our Refund Policy.
