Returns, Replacements and Refunds
The terms hereof shall constitute Infra Now’s Returns, Replacements and Refunds policy in relation to the Services rendered on the Website (“Returns, Replacements and Refunds Policy ”). Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms of Use or the Infra Now’s Policies.
Return Policy
You may request for return within 5 (five) days from the receipt of Your order in the following events:- In case of purchase, a return can be processed if the products/items in Your order are
- Dysfuntional and/or defective;
- Certain parts or accessories of the bought products/items are missing;
- Physically damaged or broken;
- Different from its description on the product detail page.
- Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product’s page cannot be returned.
- In case of rent, the products and/or items of Your order are non-returnable;
- In case of purchase, a return can be processed if the products/items in Your order are
Replacement Policy
Items in Your order may be eligible for replacement only if the same items are available from the same Vendor.You may request for replacement within 5 (five) days from the receipt of Your order in the following events:- In case of rent, a replacement can be processed if the products/items in Your order are dysfunctional and if the Vendor is unable to fix the issues through its service (s);
- In case of purchase, a replacement can be processed if the products/items in Your order are
- Dysfuntional and/or defective;
- Certain parts or accessories of the bought products/items are missing;
- Physically damaged or broken;
- Different from its description on the product detail page.
If the Vendor does not have the requested item in stock, a refund would be issued to You as per Our Refund Policy.
Return, Replacement and/or Refund Process
You may opt for return, replacement and/or refund of items in Your order by following these steps:- Go to My Orders and select the item or order You want to return or replace (ensure that You are signed in before). Our customer assistance team will reach out to You once the request has been received. The team may request for photo(s) and/or video (s) of the product, showing physical damage (e.g. cracks, defects), different from description, etc.
- Once Your request for return/replacement has been accepted by Us or Vendor, an authorized service technician of the Vendor will contact You for date and time for inspection of the said product at your premises or facility, as the case may be.
- The return/replacement shall be processed only if:
- it is determined that the product is dysfunctional and the the Vendor is unable to fix the issues through its service (s);
- it is determined that the product was not damaged while in Your possession;
- the product is returned to the Vendor in original condition (with Vendor’s box, user manual, warranty card, accessories, etc.).
Refund Policy
- Once the Vendor notifies Us of receipt of return pursuant to the terms of this Policy and as per its satisfaction, a refund will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.
- The shipping charges (for delivery of products, if any paid by the Vendor), administrative fee or installation charges are non-refundable.
- You may contact Us at infra@warehousenow.in if the refund for the return or replacement does not proceed within the stipulated time limit as per Our Refund Policy.
